Efficient power generation for reliable textile production<\/h2>\n

Tirotex is one of the largest textile industry enterprises in the post-Soviet space, renowned for its fully integrated production cycle from raw cotton to finished garments and home textiles. This exceptional industrial complex stands out for its robust infrastructure and a deeply established foundation in technology, organization, and scientific expertise.<\/p>\n

The power plant was commissioned in two phases, with six MWM TCG 2032 V16 engines installed in 2010 and with two MWM TCG 2032 V16 engines in 2011. The technological scheme also includes four waste\u00adheat boilers and three steam boilers, produced by Vitomax. The power plant can operate autonomously (island mode) or in parallel with the central electrical mains. It allows the operator to regulate electrical and thermal loads in wide ranges and to supply electrical power in defined load steps. <\/p>\n

Construction of the energy complex made it possible to provide the enterprise with electrical energy, thermal energy in the form of saturated steam for production, and hot water for technological processes and central heating. The implementation of the project contributes to a significant reduction in the enterprise\u2019s energy consumption and, as a result, the cost of the main production. As of 2012, more than 20 enterprises and organizations in Transnistria were consumers of energy produced by Tirotex-Energo. <\/p>\n
