Reliable Off-Grid Energy with MWM Gas Engines
At an oil and gas facility operated by Bykovogaz LLC in Russia’s Volgograd Region, four MWM TCG 2020 V12 gas engines serve as the core of a fully containerized on-site power plant. The OMEGA 100 modules, each delivering 1.2 MW, operate in island mode and are supported by an emergency diesel genset and an ALFA200 modular boiler house. The plant provides 4.8 MW of electrical output and is designed for continuous autonomous operation without permanent staff on site. The specially constructed container features a pressure air exchange system for winter and summer modes, ensuring optimal operating conditions for the engines.
