Reliable On-Site Energy Supply with MWM Technology for Food Production
Valdex Energetika LLC has implemented the project of a modular power plant for the needs of Cold Storage Facility ZAPADNY LLC – the largest producer of full circle facility frozen food products. The company cultivates, processes and preserves vegetables, mushrooms, fruit, mixtures and ready-made meals.
The 2 MW power plant is designed for power and heat generation by converting the energy of natural gas combustion. The main generating equipment is the container module “OMEGA 100” based on MWM gas genset TCG 2020 V20 with an electrical capacity of 2 MW.
The special all-welded container is equipped with a pressure air ventilation system operated in winter / summer modes designed to ensure perfect conditions for the engine. The power plant provides an uninterrupted all-year-round power supply and is operated in island mode in parallel with other gensets.
