Decentralized Energy with MWM Gas Engines
At the Biplast LLC site in Russia’s Lipetsk Region, two MWM TCG 2016 V16 gas engines in OMEGA 100 modules ensure a reliable on-site power supply. Commissioned in 2014 by Valdex Energetika LLC, the plant delivers 1.6 MW of electricity for plastic production. A heat recovery system enables CHP operation, supported by an ALFA200 boiler module with two Viessmann boilers providing 2.84 MW of thermal energy. The MWM gensets offer efficient, low-emission performance for continuous use and can operate both independently and in conjunction with centralized power supply.
