18 MWM Gas Engines Generate Electricity and Thermal Energy
18 MWM gas engines were delivered and commissioned by MWM distributor Engul s.r.o. back in 2013. Since then, the engines have generated approximately 900 million kWh of electricity and over 1 billion kWh of thermal energy for municipal power plants and district heating networks.
The power plant reached its maximum runtime before major overhaul – 64,000 operating hours – after which MWM specialists carried out a comprehensive overhaul of unit E70 and brought the plant back into operation.
