MWM Energy for Ice Cream Production
At the Iceberry-FM production site in Tutaev, Russia, an MWM TCG 2020 V20 genset provides 2 MW of electrical output for secure and efficient energy supply. Installed by Electrosystems in 2021, the containerized power plant operates in both grid-parallel and island mode to ensure uninterrupted power for conveyor systems and production technology. The system also includes a catalytic converter, meeting customer requirements for low-emission operation by reducing e.g. CO and hydrocarbon levels. Iceberry is one of Russia’s largest producers of natural ice cream, with three facilities and an annual output exceeding 100,000 tons.
